the title, (tulia mwanangu kuwa mpole), is mined from swahili proverb that our forefathers used to hammer wisdom into the society.

so when you say, tulia mwanagu, kuwa mpole,

dont you feel like,

cooling down and humbling yaself?

yap. As simple as the saying goes, in simplicity lies a great complexity.

try cooling down and observe the world around you,

one notices that when you are inactive, the environment around you becomes active.

but when you are active, the environment around you is ‘active’.

its all embedded in our genetic code to stay focused and try to get by,
